Life and Business Coach
Following 30 years in corporate senior management Beverley quite literally crashed out in 2009, suffering from ill health. Throughout 2009 / 2010 Beverley travelled on a journey thorough depression and anxiety which ultimately led to a decision to train as a life coach in order to inspire and help others move their lives forward in a positive way. Awaken life coaching was then founded in 2010 and is an innovative company that wants to help you live your life to its full potential. While Beverley has a diploma in life coaching, she states she is not a ‘Text Book’ coach, as this combined with a wealth of life experience and covering roles in the majority of departments in the business field enables her to support clients whether it is as a life or business empowerment coach.
Beverley coaches on a 1-1 or group basis, plus through workshops and seminars. Beverley also undertakes Speaker Slots where thorough inspirational and motivational talks she will enable people to understand how Positive Thinking and Visualisation would enable them to see how they can live life to its full potential.
