I am a Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family Therapist with a background in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). I work with children, young people, and families experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties.
My approach is systemic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I focus on understanding the broader relational and developmental context around a young person, recognising the importance of family relationships, school environments, and life experiences in shaping wellbeing.
I draw on systemic and family therapy, attachment-informed and trauma-informed practice, and cognitive and behavioural frameworks, adapting my approach to meet the needs of each family. I am committed to ethical, reflective, and culturally sensitive practice, and to working in partnership to support sustainable change.
