Ariana runs mindfulness courses. These courses are open to all and are experiential skills based courses that run over an 8 week period for 2 hours a week.
Next Course: Mindfulness for stress reduction: finding peace in a frantic world. 8 week course starting 1st April 2015 (7pm – 9pm).
